They are usually better designed for the percific games, or easy to use.

mod'd controllers made by madcatz practically always work but im not to sure about other manufactuers

Mine works, but I wouldnt buy one.
I hardly use mine seriously lol, they are quite handy for games that require to to press a button. In Oblivion I assigned the attack key to the RT button which is modded so I dont have to keep hitting A to attack.

They are good, but if you are thinking about rapid fire, get a Xfps sniper 2.0, you can configure which button is rapid fire , prefect for destroying the opposition in beijing 2008

Just dont use them in ranked matches, Only private matches (This applies to any game) Coz its very annoying, and youll just get abuse thrown at you

Actually, in ranked matches a good aim can own anyone. I've beaten people with turbo's with my own pistol (non-turbo)
