You can not do anything with them.
You can only look in it for;

Names of (new) Badges and options/features (like console, navigator, hand, etc).
Furiture data is in here: http://www.habbo.co.uk/gamedata/furnidata

Yes, you can. If you download some CCT file recovery thingy, install it and then recover the files.
Google CCT tutorial or something in that way (I dunno if it's legal to talk about here).
