Xbox 360 Repair

Hello there, My Xbox 360 just died with the 3 red rings.

I have made a repair report and just recevied my UPS electronic return label.
This is the first time ive had to send my xbox off, and im just abit confused.

So i attacth the label to a box with my xbox inside and write my return adress on the box also.
The thing i need help with is where to send my xbox/how to get it to microsoft.

Also do i have to pay to ship it to them?

You arrange a delievery with UPS, the label tells it where to ship them. Nope everything is paid for by Microsoft.

They can pick it up or you can take it to them, either.

Remove everything from your 360 btw.

Thanks for the help. I just need to find a box to put it in. Do i write on the box my address so they can return it to me?

Also is there anyway to get anything free from my microsoft because this happend.

Yup, usually 1 month live gold membership comes free with the repair.

It said on the site not to use the box the xbox came with or any other boxes that might have barcodes/info on them ?
