emm my computer just cut out and will not turn back on

i have tried changing the fuse in the plug didnt work i was just surfing the web when i cut out like when it cuts out if there was an electricity
cut any ideas what could be wrong?

so none ofyou get confused im using my laptop to post this (not my broken pc)

If there is absolutely no signs of the computer receiving power at all, there may be a problem with the computer's PSU.

This happend to my old pc, mine did turn back on but it had bsod;

Overheating perhaps, cooked processor, dislodged ram, hardrive. Could be loads of reasons. You are best off looking inside.
