    Tips

#1 Sundays can be a treat day - eat whatever you like aslong as your prepared to work harder.
#2 Dont work too hard, it isn't always good - it will just strain you.
#3 It is understandable that the food can be disgusting but let your taste buds adapt - it'l soon become normal.
#4 Alot of creatine is also really good for you.
#5 Stay away from weightwatchers meals! Really bad for you, they got virtually nothing in them!
#6 Fat Burning tablets only burn muscle tissue!
#7 Get a shake bottle for the supplements!
    #8 Slendertone belts don't work!

    Did you know?
That bodybuilders before competition shows eat a cookie to rush up the blood and pump out their muscles more?

Maybe I was slightly harsh earlier. It's a decent diet but it all depends on the type of method your doing such as maintaining muscle/getting bigger or cutting. Can I ask why baby food is a treat?

Not sure about those supplements, branded supplements are usually over priced crap. You can get much cheaper and better supplements from www.myprotein.co.uk

    No problem.

Think about the forum users - whos old enough to use all the powerfull supplements yet?
They're all beginners. Also - too young for credit cards :-)

btw holland and barrets are doing a sale on "whey protein".

babyfood as a treat - I thought it was tastey and its full of nutrients at the same time.
