    Thumbs down Not eating much

For a few months my eating patterns have been very weird,
for a week or so i won't eat anything proper (meals) or i'll eat very little,
and then for another week it'll be okay. It's nothing that i can help really, because i'm just never hungry and don't see what force feeding myself will achieve appart from vomit lol. It's making me loose alot of weight tooo.

Recently my appetite has been at 0%,
i've been feelin really depressed, unwanted and alltogether down about myself.
I thaught i was feelin like this because Conor's gone away, but i dunno..

    i've done some research myself,
the website said to go to the doctors about my eating habbits,
but that i just need support and stuff about feelin depressed and unwanted,
    but that they are related...

but wanted to see what you think??

Phone the childline. See if they can help with the situation and if they help you feel better you should start eating again. If not get in touch with your gp.

isn't childline if your getting abused and stuff?
go to your doctors and see whats up or just wait it out intil conor gets back and then see if you go back to normal.

Alternative - go out a three hour walk with nothing to eat before you go. Take a bottle of water.

Well it makes you hungry as your doing some amount of walking. Obviously take breaks. The water will keep your enegry levels just right.

They are related- You feel down because Connors gone away, so you don't eat properly and that makes you feel more depressed / have a negative outlook on things.
Go and see your GP- odd eating habits aren't healthy, and can cause problems.
Talk to someone about your problems/ feelings- a friend, your parents or anyone you feel comfortable talking to =)
