Becoming quite popular due to the raise this chair has had over the last few weeks. Many people buy them in hope of them raising again, so they're very easy to sell once bought, sometimes even for higher than worth.

Very steady. Been around 2.0 for quite a while now, (it did have a little increase but then fell again.) Many people buy these for their casinos or for v.i.p sections of rooms, because they look posh. Once you have one, they're very easy to get rid of again.

0.7 - [Seen twice]

Due to the new arrival of the "grass patch" this item has become very unpopular. It has fallen a lot in the last few days because the grass patch looks exactly like it, but it's cheaper. Also, they're becoming very hard to sell, so many people just don't want to buy them in risk that they will not be able to sel them after they're finished.

Very popular because they're really hard to find. People who want this plant pay extra because there are very few people selling them. Also, they're very easy to sell once you have one.
