Is there a way in which you can stop someone from viewing your source code completly?

if not, how can i scramble it or make it extremly hard to read??

you can try, but its inevitably pointless as its immpoible to truly get hidden, and anyone who wants to would easly be able to get it.

Athogh there are sorce code encripters out there, they will make your site only useable to the most modern versions of IE would be able to run it cutting of about 70% of all potenatl vistores from seeing your site "/

there is a way using javascript but it isnt that good at the end of the day thieving isnt that bad a problem so I wouldnt worry.
