Are you F2P or member?

Iron is the best exp for both.

If you're F2P, the fastest exp is to powermine iron at the mine north of Al-Kharid, where there's three iron rocks.
If you want to bank your iron ores, you should use the mine South-East of Varrock, then bank at Varrock east bank.

If you're members though, there are three iron rocks at the mine North-East of Ardourgne, where you can powermine, or you can mine North of Yanille and bank your iron ores at Yanille bank.

Also, you need to be at least level 51 to be ranked on the high scores.
