Changing video resolution ?

Hey,

I was going to post this in console gaming, but I reckoned more people would see this here.

So I use dazzle, and pinnacle studio 11 to record my games, and i heard that these are the best settings for youtube:


* H.264, MPEG-2 or MPEG-4 format
* 1280x720 resolution
* 44.1KHz Stereo MP3/AAC audio
* Frame rate as the original video
* Up to 1GB file size and 10 min. duration

So, how do I change my video resolution to 1280x720 in pinnacle studio, or are there any other programs to do it ?

Then the video should be already 1280x720 or above.
