From watching that program on channel four, yes. To be fair though the girl, if you can call her that, was a porn star so I doubt you'd be in the same situation as her. Even then, it never happened to her. I'm sure there's an increased chance but I don't think here is the place to get a definate answer if you're seriously concerned.
