    Default [URGENT] Mouse problem!

Ok, here's the scenario, behind my desk was a mes, so i unplugged everything, and replugged everything back in, everything worked, except when i went to move the mouse it wouldn't. (This is a wireless mouse). So i put it in another port, the computer installed the drivers, and it worked. But then 3 seconds after, it cut out and stopped working. So again, I put it in another port, and it done the same. I changed the batteries, resynced them etc, nothing.

So, i tried another wireless mouse, from another computer (this one), and it dnoe the same, yet it works fine now.

So, i tried a wired mouse, and agin, it worked for 3 seconds, then cut.

Has anyone ANY idea what the hell is going on.

    +rep to all HELP.

    Many Thanks
    Luke

An acronym for "Error Between Keyboard and Chair". Indicates that the person using the computer is where the error lies, not in the computer software or hardware.

    Have you tried restarting?

Perhaps it's a loose connection or dust is stoping the connection, try cleaning the usb end and the mouse ball/ laser.
