Since the beta version is scheduled to expire in August, I would have to think it would be ready by then.

But i think it will be in stores in early January of 2010.

Just about yeah. Gets laggy sometimes though.

I'll just use it as an excuse to buy a new laptop next summer .

2010 I would think as they are releasing the RC soon (May, I think) that lasts till 2010.

I think OEM are getting it June-September, meaning you can get it... IF YOU BUY A NEW COMPUTER.

Than Retailers should see it in January, I'll get back to you, my friend works at staples and keeps me updated on releases I want.
