Kat returning to the square?

I read it somewhere so I decided to look it up and found;

Actress Jessie Wallace is said to be considering a return to BBC soap Eastenders.
Jessie played Kat Slater/Moon on the soap and left in 2005 in the midst of a huge storyline surrounding her and hubby Alfie Moon.
“Jessie is very excited about playing Kat again,” a BBC source told the paper. She’s been off screen for a few years and a lot has happened since she was last in the show.
“She feels the time is right for a return and says she can’t wait to get back into the Square and stuck into some meaty storylines.”
Earlier this week Jessie told GMTV’s Lorraine Kelly, “They’ve left the door open and I would go back. It’s a great show and I do miss it.”
An EastEnders spokeswoman told the paper there were no “immediate” plans for Jessie to return to Albert Square. “But where big favourites like Kat are concerned, we would never say never.”
