    I have chosen to start designing web layouts. But I don't know where to start.
    I also use Photoshop CS4 at the moment.

    Can anyone give me a few tips, tutorials and also tell me things I should download such as brushes.

    pixel2life.com has tutorials on practically everything. Look under the photoshop category and then choose "web layouts"
