Convert Media Center TV Programmes to AVI [+REP]

Hey,

I've had a TV tuner for ages now and always watch programmes on my other monitor with Media Center but I was just wondering is their anyway I can convert the file Media Center creates for a TV programme into AVI or even another peice of software that would record it directly to AVI would be awesome.

Use DVRMSToolbox to make it into a WMV and from there you can use any VMv compatible converter. DVRMSToolbox extracts the original audio and video streams from the dvr-ms files so it's very fast and has the exact same quality and file-size as the original file.
