Train your combat with Slayer.

Unless you're looking for another 99 to trim your fishing cape, then I think Fletching would be the quickest.

Well you obviously have the patience to train your skills to the desired level you want them to be? So maybe make a goal to get all your levels to a respectable milestone like 50 or 60 then decide on some single skilled goals or something?
