To be honest, if a user feels it's appropriate to supply their email address for further contacting, then it'd be ok. I do it as well, so I don't get what the big hoop about supply 'personal information' which technically isn't.

I have found a seller, since he has already owned it, and it just needs the $60 for the updates, I will be buying from him. My E-Lawyer, is drawing up a contract.

As Snex said, why don't you just buy one from vbulletin.com - a brand new owned licence is $180, $20 less than you're willing to pay! You'd save $20 plus you wouldn't get scammed.

The way you're acting is very fishy indeed.

The contract is not visable as your 15 years old, and contracts from all parties will have to be signed by over 18's to enter into a legal binding contract.

I also asked you for a deposit of about $30 for the VB as you couldnt get full payment, then you told me you'd just spent it, also i find it slightly hard to believe a 15 year old earns $600 every pay cheque

Tim, I work and earn $9.50 an hour. I work lots. I didn't know about the contract issue, and I found a vB forum anyway. So don't go accusing me of stuff. I couldn't pay the 30$ , because at this time, I don't have money until Friday, so bugger off if you accuse people of stuff like that.
