It's likely however more improbable.
I'd say it's likely to happen 1 in 20 relationships.
All depends on how deep it went down.

Chances are much slimmer than that. More like 1 in 1000. Not only is the chance of pregnancy quite slim, but the sperm must go quite deep. Probably a lot deeper than your fingers could reach.
It is possible, but extremely unlikely.
