Can't get dazzle to work :S:S

I'm using it for ps3, I have the red white yellow plugs plugged in from the component and the double ended cable in to the splitters and the splitters plugged in the red white yellow colour co-ordinated in to the dazzle and tv, and the ps3 shows sound but no picture when on component when I change from hdmi to component :S:S I really don't know whats going on I only just bought this :@

And make sure there all plugged in,

tested it using it in component forget the dazzle, and the sound works but no video, so it must be the component cable?

You got double ended Av Wires or a component cable?

both because you need both?

waay got it working now need to work out how to set it up with out the pinaccle cd...
