Cool, I just done it, do I need to do this everytime I load the game up or is it permanent for that profile? It's pretty cool now I can just rape people rather than having to work for the camo & guns, leveling up is so much slower than on console version because the S+D games are usually +5

That defeats the purpose of leveling up. If you are sick of leveling up, don't prestige?
