Rare values [ Monday 5] groups of normal rares ( dragons ect... )

These rares dont sell together very often but when they do they sell for either the habbox value or above so i think there is certanly room for a small rise.

Normal dragon set
12.5 [three times]
12.75 [once]
These rares are sold as a group quite commonly from what i have seen and i think due to what i have seen and the values of that, that the normal dragon set should go down a little bit.

Parasol set
10.0 [ once]
I have only ever seen these rares sell for 10 hc ( although i have only seen it once) But just judging by whta i have seen i dont think these rares should have a change of value.

normal pillow set
26.0 [once]
26.25 [ twice]
These rares arn't sold that commonly however, when the are sold they sell fro a bit more than the habbox value or a bit less and i dont think it would hurt to add .25 to the value howecer i have only seen it twice so it might not be acurate.

My opinion of this rare is that they are collectables they will never be released again so they should go up in value. However, thats just my opinion. But from the trades that i have seen people are selling all of them for more anyway.

Fan set
7.3 [once]
I have only seen these rares sell for the habbox value but that is once so it is most likely in acurate. But judging from what i have seen these rares should stay the same value.

not sure i agree with a couple of the values because i see groups other than the dragon sell for less than their value.
