Impossible.
HOWEVER, you can buy TV sticks, for like £40 or something, that plug in to your computer. Some will go into your PCI slot, some will go into a USB.
I have a Hauppage one, it cost me £30 a couple of years ago, and its quite easy to use, just install WinTV, and go. Some will work through Media Center if you have it.
They're brilliant, and thats the cheapest option.

Do you not need an ariel or something? :s
And is it like TV TV or is it just you can watch some stuff as in channels 1-5.
Some have little aerials with them.... Mine came with a little aerial, its designed for a laptop though.
You CAN plug any aerial in. I use my amplified one sometimes.
I think PCI ones have little receivers on them, like a Wi-Fi card....
Every stick has a digital tuner, for freeview, but Hybrid ones have analogue tuners in too. These are ideal if your in a bad freeview area.
