Basically, my PC has started freezing, more than normal. Usually when it freezes I go to task manager the CPU is at 100% or whatever cos I have multiple things running... well I don't often and when I checked it, the CPU was at around 25% average. I'm confused as to why it freezes, usually its firefox but sometimes everything... and all this time the CPU bounces between 25-45%.
Anyone know any other possibilties?
I've checked inside, fiddled some wires about made sure all connections are firm, made a slight improvement but problem still exists.

Air flow alright? Sometimes on a summers day my pc refuses to work as good as normal.
