I have no idea, I know you've been offering 3T for one but we don't change values unless the rare has been traded as far as i'm aware, maybe some other staff can answer who know more than me about it.

Other Staff have said that the rare was under priced. This is because the value is out of date. So, it did double because the value wasn't updated in a fairly long time.
