Stupid government!

Man, this has really pissed me off.

The Australian government sent out tax bonus payments to all citizens who paid tax during the 07-08 tax year. So that is me, but because i got all my tax back (about 300 bucks) I do not receive the 900 dollars from the government.

SO ****** UP!! MAN ITS ANNOYING!

GRR!!! WHY CAN'T I GET THE 900 BUCKS TOO!!!


Oh, and i don't get it because dad/his girlfriend and my brother all got theirs this week, whereas i haven't.

You paid your tax, but the Australian Government gave your tax back and because of that you don't get the refund everyone else is getting?

Its a stimulus package that is being paid to all tax payers who earned less then 100 thousand dollars last financial year. The reason we get this package is because of the current economic crisis.

And seeing as I recieved all the tax I paid back, I don't get this package. which sucks!

So in effect you actually didn'y pay tax because you got it back?

Why the hell should you get it then :S if you didn't pay your tax because you got it back then you effectively didn't contribute to the governemnt and country as whole - so why should you be rewarded with this stimulus package...
