Is it still possible to send SMS messages from a PC? If so then can anyone please tell me where I can get the script for it (For my site)?

Make an SMS gateway with your phone. Pretty simple when you research it.

Is there a way to do it with any phone though? So a user enters in his message and the number he wants to send it too and it sends it?

If you set it up properly: yes. Will cost you though
