Does anyone know where I could get a "top friends" script from?

Possibly drag & drop like myspace, where the top friends appear on every page.

Or even like facebook, where you enter the names of the people you want to be in your top friends.

I currently have one which allows you to drag and drop them on one page, but don't know how to make them appear on every page
