dunno about cex, but i've been refused in GAME before when trying to return an 18 (I was 14 at the time) so they probably will

You can exchange any PEGI Rated games no matter what you're age but if they've got film certificates (BBFC) then you must be that age or above to trade them in.

Yeah, you can trade them in, but you cant buy them.

Im 15 and always trade in 18+ Games.
