This might sound confusing but bear with me!

Say, i have an Xbox Account. My email and my password to sign in to it. But the 'Parent' Email is one which i cannot get the password too.
What can whoever has the parent email actually do if they dont know the login details?

Well Does your Parent know your password? If not and somone else knows it.
All i can say is ring microsoft and have the account Closed down and report it stolen.
But if you have forgoten it ring microsoft and ask them to remove the parent email due to you forgetting it ,
or have the account delted hope this helped.
