Well I can't tell you my average hit but I can tell you my max roughly...
I've hit over 42 with Full Dharok's, naturally. However that is a set bonus.
With whip I hit around or over 25 I think, sorry I forgot. (Naturally)

my adverage hit is about 8, my max hit was an 11.

My max is 22 my average is about 15-18
