I went out and came back in, I then restarted my computer and now my speakers echo, any idea?

Wow. Never heard of that one before. You tried the obvious things like un-plugging them and plugging back in and trying a pair of headphones to see if it' still echo's through them.

Thats like the XP machine we have in the kitchen. We have no Realtek audio manager on there but there is an echo.

I fixed it, went to audio manager and my brother put a 'arena' sound on for some reason.
