yellow chair_basic vs beige chair_basic which is the rare one?

well on habbox it just says chair_basic so technically it could be all 3

Well habbox should verify that because it could mean all 3, you all just assume its beige, that could be habbox's white

The colour is beige, pretty obvious. The yellow is rare but not a super rare, it is worth at the most 0.5 CS, I bought one myself when they were first released in the catalogue. The beige chair is called chair_basic therefore that is its name.
