Paypal help! + rep

Hey right i sold some online game items and stupidly some idiots claimed back the money and succeeded. Now im left in debt. I owe a friend richard £45, will he still have this money in his account? and im just in debt or??

I need an overview on it as i dont quite understand and need help on what to do.

This is why paypal are crap imo.

They have limited your account im presuming due to suspicious activity as thats what mine did. Meaning they think youve been hacked etc. Follow steps to get limitation removed then close your acc. As mines unlimited and its been 3 weeks still cant send or recieve payments.

Yeh its all down to paypal. Im in negative aswell.

You will have to unlimit your account and then file a claim against who ever claimed against you.

Youll have to proove you sent them goods ect.

Had this problem befor call up payapl EXPLAIN wht happeing if this is a guy you do not know. then this is very common its a stlen payapl account. they have an account of which they have "HACKED", the bank don not recive the message that the money has been removed from the account until it reaches your account,and then the bank contacts payapl and tells them that the unothrised cc is being used which by then he has already recived his goods and he is 45 pound better off.

If you do not re-pay the funds they will with out doubt send an repostetion letter to your house of 45.89 or wht ever u owe if you ingnore that they will then again send another letter with 10 quid on top of the orginal amount if you again fail to repay they will then leave it in the hands of an 3rd party debt colector, who wil lthen bump up the bill by another 70 quid each time they come to your house, the legally can not enter your house with out your consent so if it get this far you know your rights if they attempt to brake in 999 for them lol

this all can be avoided if yo ucall payapl explain what has happend and they will be happily enough to un-limit they say it done by automatic sytem which they lie about, thell unlimte ur acc and you will have a blance of 0.00 pounds.
