erm are you sure as we are already done and you ahve only just started programming what will take you a few years.

Hmmm, right I wasn't arguing I was pointing out the dramatic truth and closing it still makes him a ranting little child. He shouldn't be a manager because he surely can't handle negative activity and I can see him either swearing (which will lose alot of people swearing at customers) or simply breaking down and getting moody (which will make customers feel he is just a little kid).
