Even at my age I still skate and use speed cream when I notice my bearings are slowing down. Usually I clean my bearings about once a fortnight and give it a good coating of WD40 followed by speed cream keeps my board in optimum state and makes my bearings last a lot longer. WD40 does a lot of wonders for bearings as it is not as viscous as most other lubes.

That's why we seize the moment, try to freeze it and own it, squeeze it and hold it cause we consider these minutes golden.
