Image Animator (Iaza Crashes)

I need to upload 28 images (all the same just with an extra word written on) to make into an animated signature but iaza crashes everytime and I'd really like it to work.

Any reccommended programmes or anyone with any that could do so?

You can do it in Photoshop if you have that.
