What game should I preorder/buy?

I know at some point I will buy (as long as theyre not cancelled)
L.A. noire (not for preorder yet so :S)
Uncharted 2
modern warfare 2
Assassins creed II

But I dunno I thought about getting infamous to see what it's like (and for the uncharted 2 BETA code )
What should I get?

I am thinking modern warfare 2 looks sweet, and if Assassins creed 2 fixes the repetitive-ness, then that'd be a sweet game
