Over the past month or so I have been trying to get a few of these, as many as I can. However its proved impossible and I had more luck finding romantique_clock's than these. The last trade I saw take place on these was some go for 2.0/2.5 CS each and that was about a month ago.
Have any of you got these, or even had a bad experience trying to get them, and any other rares at the moment which you find hard to get?

Ive had a bad experience trying to sell one

ive actully seen quite lot of these being sold or being brought!
im sure over the last week i have seen about 30 or more being sold around 1.5cs-3.0cs as some are trying to get collections of everything

Well i had to buy a load to make my aqua casino, it started off pretty well finding some good bulk sellers for 1.5 each but eventually ended up paying 2.0 for the majority of them and 3 hc's for my last one which took me a few days to find.
So yeah pretty rare things, hope that helps

yeah, they're hard to get and no one seems to have them in trade city, they appear in the most random places from experience...
it took me a while to get just one

I had to search for ages to find one to match my peppermint icm.
In the end i payed 3 hcs, because i didn't want to lose it.
Im not sure what the price is now, but they're definately rarer then the other fans.
