[TWISTED] - Help Please!

Hey guys, I need help on how to set up Twisted Polls and Values, because every time I set it up it comes up like this:

You've put the wrong username and pass, first you need to set up a database, probably easiest to do via cPanel then mysql add database, it'll ask you for a database name (i.e. polls) then a username and password (i.e twisted_p and fO3d9K3 or something) then in the config files enter the host, DB name, username and pass.

Well in that screenie you've put the username as "nobody" and no password, the database should haev a password and a user so.
