Yeah you can win it in various ways, each department has an allowance each month that they give out however they will most likely tell you in advance of opportunities to win vip

You can still get a name change if your habbo name is different and you can prove it.

Personally, I think that name changes should be allowed even if you're not VIP just that VIP's could change theirs more often perhaps?
