Their used in Habbo.com / Habbo America.

You can buy American Idol furni in the Catalogue there, and 'perform' on the stage kinda spotlight. In the room you can put voting chairs that change colour when they had a vote.
Every +vote will give you a point and with those points the microphone achievement badge goes up.
