    Default Best news system?

I know a lot of people use cutenews, and we are currently using it.

But were looking for a change, to something which isn't text based, but sql based.

A system which allows us to add user groups and limit them to:
    • posting in sections
    • Adding / Editing users

    etc..

You meant joomla. The best news system out there is probably one that is custom made.

Fusion news, it's basically cutenews with SQL, or you could look for the SQL modification for cutenews...
