Was just wondering what benefits people who are good bike riders get. Obviously they are going to have strong/muscular legs but what else? Also does being a good bike rider mean that you will be good at running or have good stamina? I'm wondering about everything really, from muscle gains to strong skin on the hands from holding on to the handle bars. I was told that with bikers using their arms to support themselves they also gain arm muscle but it was by a science supply teacher ages ago.![]()
