European Election Results due in this evening...

Yepp... voting has finally closed for the European Election (started on thursday).

375 million people were eligible to vote, but we know that throughout England the turn out was only around 30-40% of the population eligible.

Results are due at 9pm BST

I don't think Labour will have any MEPs tbh
I think if the results are shockingly terrible Gordon may step down

I don't think Brown will step down. I feel UKIP will do well.

If anywhere gets a UKIP MEP they can sue them for not turning up under the grounds that they voted for a representative and they aren't being represented. I found that quite amusing.

I dunno, I think if the Labour defeat is that embarassing the only people who support Brown will be his cabinet.

I dunno, I have faith in Brown but.. we'll see what happens after tomorrow night.

Good, i hope they dont have any MEP's but they will probably have a few and i hope the results are shockingly terrible for them so Gordon Brown steps down and then a general election can be called.
