    Unplug your router for 1/2 an hour then plug it back in, if you still don't have one then leave it unplugged over night...

    You can change the last 2 digits of your MAC address on your router.

    Alternatley, you may do it via command prompt.
    A simple google will tell you how to do this

    However, in my opinion 00Chips' way is the easiest.

    That doesn't really matter, it's your router which is assigned the external IP address and everything behind it will carry the same external IP. Well, this is assuming your not connected directly rather than been behind a router/server.

    http://www.changeip.com/
    or you can make you ip anonymous by going here:
    http://hidemyass.com/ - although some sites may not allow you to visit while your ip is anonymous.
    But you can always be tracked down, even if you change your ip. Some of the worlds best web browsers who are doing illegal crap on the internet who have dozens of nodes set up around teh world and change their ip hourly can still easily be tracked down by most police.
