    Default PayPal dispute

Some random guy scammed me 100$, I filed a dispute and he has not replied in 2 days, what happens if he does not reply?

Also, what happens if he already used the money and his account is broke?

Well he has scammed you, likely cases is that he won't reply to you?

If you mean the 'guy' from PayPal has not replied, then be patient. They will get back to you.

The seller has been asked to provide information on transaction within 7 days, what happens if he does not even attempt to fool paypal? Will i auto win the claim?

If he doesn't do anything, then you should get it back.

I believe PayPal pay you back personally, then ask the person who conned you for the money, and if he doesn't, they can take legal action. PayPal's done so many fraudulent things anyway themselves.

If he doesn't reply you win, they will give you back whatever money they can from his account, but if he's spent it they won't.
