Butler:


4.5 - Seen Once
4.2 - Seen Once
4.0 - Seen Twice

The Butler's Value is often bobbing up and down, and From what I have witnessed, people like rounding odd amounts up or down. For example, some people may be willing to chuck a 0.5 in to the trade and some people may just round it down to 4.0 for an easier trade. To be honest I think this value is stable at 4.2 but there are sometimes annomolies, as with all rares.


Majestic:


2.0 - Seen five times

After a long time looking for trades of maj's I noticed that it's current value of 2.0 is very stable. Most of the buyer's/sellers alike were offering 2.0 for one. I'm sure had I spent a much longer time looking I would have found the odd cheaper deal, and this can be mostly seen in bulk trades, but from what I saw I believe it should stay at 2.0.


Petal Patch:


3.0 - Seen Four times
2.8 - Seen Once

Again, this rare always seems stable to me, it's as if 3.0 is its permanent price, however sometimes when people do bulk trades they give some prof, and this was evident as I saw 5 Petal's sell for 14.0. I think it's value is stable, this is partially because they are a nice addition to casino's and many other rooms as a great flooring.


Blue Pillow:


2.25 - Seen Once
2.0 - Seen Three times

Unfortunatly, this rare has seen a large drop in it's value since it's inclusion in he pay day plus scheme. I believe that this is gift one in the scheme which means there are becoming more and more of these on the hotel. The advantages of this are that it is nice in casino's however I have seen people offering just 2.0 for this rare on three occasions, I could see this dropping to 2.0 and then staying there for a while.


White Oriental Screen:


0.8 - Seen Twice
0.5 - Seen Twice

Unfortunatly, I had to use the red twice on this rare. Many shops were stocking these, and the general price I was seeing was 7-10 creds. I don't think it is desireable or practical enough of a rare to be fetching 1.0, I own quite a lot of white screens myself and would never invisage being able to get 1 pure per screen. If I remember correctly they used to be 0.5. I believe It's true value is somewhere between 0.5 and 0.8.
