Please code my layout

Hy guys, just wonderd if anyone could code my layout, i need to be able to write in the nav, footer, main content box, and all the little box, (like the area where it says insperation#1 ect, and the rating area, i also need to be able to write in the search box.

You designed this? I could code this but I would need the .psd
