News Reporter Read Out News By Audio!

Why don't like you put an audio file where the news reporter like make their own news report by using a microphone and maybe use sound recorder. The visiters then click the file and can listen 2 the news instead of reading it.

I thought of this Idea this morning [No Lie] but my Idea was it so like all Radio Stations could download a WHOLE 3-5mins programme to put on their station...
